Melbet's protected bet: your insurance in case of a loss!

Compensation for losses in the form of a free bet is provided by our administration only if you bet on the Exact Score or Exact Score (17 outcomes) in matches listed as participating in the promotion on the Melbet Protected Bet promotion page. To participate, the establishment selects only top sporting events, usually no more than one per day (or less frequently).

Only the first bet on a match participating in the promotion is taken into account; if you lose, you will receive a free bet equal to the amount of the lost bet, but not more than $10. If you have previously placed bets on this match (regardless of the market), subsequent bets on it will not provide a free bet.

Only single bets are eligible for the Protected Bet promotion; you must not include a prediction for the exact score of the promotional event in an accumulator if you are counting on a free bet.

The following bets on events included in the promotion are not eligible for the promotion:

• second and subsequent bets on a given match;
• bets on any markets other than Correct Score and Correct Score (17 outcomes);
• bets placed on a match before its participation in the promotion was confirmed;
• bets made with bonus money, promo codes, free bets, or advances;
• coupons sold by the player before the bet was settled;
• bets that meet all the conditions, but the match did not take place or was postponed to a much later date;
• bets settled with a refund for any reason.

If a bet that meets the conditions of our promotion loses, the player receives a promo code for a free bet equal to the amount of the lost bet, but not exceeding $10. If your lost bet was larger, you will receive the maximum free bet of $10. The promo code is credited automatically, but not immediately after the bet is settled, but within two days.

The free bet offered by our administration as part of this promotion is subject to wagering requirements. The promo code can only be used on an accumulator bet, which must include at least four predictions with a mandatory minimum odds of 1.6 or higher (for each of the four positions). Handicap and total bets cannot be included in the wagering express bet.

Do not delay using the promo code: you must use it within 24 hours of receiving the free bet.

Melbet administration independently determines the duration of the promotion and may terminate it or modify its rules at any time. Players are not notified in advance, so you should check the current rules on our website or in the app at the time of your participation in the promotion.

Our company reserves the right to refuse a specific player participation in a promotion that remains valid for everyone else. This measure is applied in a number of cases considered to be a violation of the user agreement, playing with unfair strategies, fraud or money laundering. In the latter two cases, Melbet may completely refuse to provide further services to the customer.

Our establishment is obliged to unequivocally identify its customers and has the right to request documents confirming the player’s identity at any time. Refusal to provide proof of identity or discrepancies between the information in the questionnaire and the documents may result in the cancellation of the bonus or complete termination of service. We may also refuse to grant a free bet to a customer if another player who has provided a similar address, IP address, contact details or payment details has already received such a bonus.
